  Acoustic Echo Cancellation (AEC)
AEC is used in speech communication systems where the existence of acoustic echoes degrades speech intelligibility. Standard approaches to AEC rely on the assumption that the echo path to be identified can be modeled by an adaptive filter. Our technology focuses on a higher dimension to yield powerful non-linear approach of the signals. This approach has been justified due to the variation of Signal-to-Noise Ratio (SNR) across the speech spectrum.

Double-talk Detector (DTD) is one of the critical functional elements of the echo canceller system. Without a properly working DTD, the echo canceller does not cancel echo reliably and speech transmitted upstream may be distorted. Our echo cancellation solution is equipped with robust DTD functionality. If necessary, the DTD can be configured to meet specific customer requirements.
